We cater to full-figured women ranging from sizes 1x to 3x and offers a trendy mix of premium fashion from well known and established designers from NYC to San Francisco, with new emerging designers from Atlanta and Miami.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 7 to 10 days to receive.
Curvitude Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
* Priority /Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.
Due to cardholder security all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses for (examples include: gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.curvitude.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Priority and Free Shipping is 7 to 10 Business Days
If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.
Express Shipping time-frame is 1 to 3 business days
If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 11 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area Express Mail Area. (Contact your local post office to check your area). Shipping and Handling Fees vary for Express Orders; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount.

Curvaceous can not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.

Yes we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Typically your items will arrive 8-15 business days after processing.
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
Because cardholder security is important to us; Curvitude Boutique does not allow shipping to an address that is different that your credit card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and your order will not be processed.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
If your package refused or return from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. Curvitude Boutique does not issue refunds.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the 8% VA Sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Virginia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
If you file a dispute and we review your order to then discover that your dispute is fraudulent, you will no longer be eligible to make any future purchases with Curvitude Boutique . Any future orders you may complete will be cancelled and you will be refunded to your original form of payment.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers ,Curvitude Boutique has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the canceled item or complete order if applicable.
What is Afterpay
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
AfterPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now, and pay for them in four (4) equal payments every two (2) weeks without any interest nor hidden fees.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just shop www.curvitude.com and follow the normal checkout process.
When you get to “Payment Method” choose Afterpay. You will be redirected to their website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before , just log in to your Afterpay account. So easy, right?!
First time customers will need to register with AfterPay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy
HOW MUCH CAN I SPEND?
All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.
HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY SCHEDULE WORK?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
CAN I USE AFTERPAY IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT?
At this time, Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address.
WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?
If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees can be applied up to three times for 3 missed payments, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frame like any other order placed on our site.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?
Afterpay returns follow OUR standard return process. No forms of refunds only online store credit.
